Climbtech Sigma – The Pants for Tree Care

The Sigma climbing pants have been developed with a strong focus on the specific needs of tree care professionals. Emphasis was placed on freedom of movement and comfort, as well as on durability and practical functionality. The base material is a 4-way stretch fabric that ensures both toughness and flexibility. The knees are reinforced with a durable Kevlar fabric that extends along the inside of the lower leg to protect the ankle and calf area from abrasion. The gaiters are removable and can be securely fastened to the laces using a hook, keeping the pant legs in place even while climbing. Additionally, the Sigma pants can be adjusted at the ankle for a tighter fit around the shoe, preventing interference during ascent. They are equipped with high-quality YKK zippers, known for their durability and reliability. The design of the Sigma climbing pants is athletic and agile, with angled pockets and contrasting materials enhancing the sporty look. Particularly practical: in addition to two front pockets and one back pocket, there is a smartly placed angled smartphone pocket that prevents the phone from falling out while still being easily accessible even when wearing a harness. Ventilation is provided by two zippered openings on each leg – one on the inside and one on the back – creating active airflow.
