The Arbpro LD2 Rigging System is a modular, CE-certified lifting and lowering device designed for demanding tree rigging operations. It combines a powerful 2-speed Harken winch (44:1 & 13.5:1) with a large-diameter friction bollard(Ø 150 mm), both of which can be mounted on a robust anodized aluminum frame using corrosion-resistant stainless steel bolts—completely weld-free. Thanks to ist modular design, the winch and bollard can be quickly interchanged. A separately mountable Spinlock XCS rope clutch (breaking load: 7500 kg) allows secure load holding, even under tension, and enables safe swapping between components when needed. The system includes three heavy-duty ratchet straps and rubber feet on the frame, ensuring secure and bark-friendly attachment to the tree. The large rope contact surface on the bollard and the use of heat-conductive aluminumreduce rope glazing and allow for precise control during lowering.
